You are going to apply in VFS GLOBAL MAKATI or CEBU. You can check their webpage https://www.vfsglobal.se/Philippines/ for more information. You dont have to book an appointment.You go there Monday-Friday time of submission is 7:00-11:00 and 12:00-14:00
YES, the sponsor needs to emphasise this matter in his/her invitation letter.This is ONLY applicable to those applicant with SPONSOR.
Invitation letter is the sponsor letter to the embassy/consulate.He/She needs to specify who is the invitee(relationship to the invitor), what are they going to do in Sweden, what is the itinerary,is he/she sponsoring the food,accommodation,tickets of the invitee.? His/her contact information should also be present in the said letter. Invitation form in the other hand is a form from MIGRATIONSVERKET (Immigration Office of Sweden). As a tourist in Schengen Region not just in Sweden,we are entitled to stay MAXIMUM of 180 days(6 months) in a year. If you have been granted for 90days to Sweden, You can extend your stay IF you have a valid reason to stay longer.
Proof of relationship can be photos, chat logs, remittances,flight tickets(stamps)You need to address the cover letter to the Embassy or consulate since VFS is only VISA PROCESSING CENTER, they are not the one deciding for your application.
